Alhamdulillaah – All praise and thanks be to Allaah! after a long and difficult testing time we are pleased to welcome all of you back to Evergreen Primary School as of Monday 8th March for the new Spring 2 term. We eagerly look forward to meeting you and our children.
Although school is opening we are still subject to operating under COVID-19 guidelines, Please note the details below which will clarify some essential information
Children must arrive at school by 8:25 allowing for a prompt 8:30 start.
Please do not park your car in the residential compound where the school entrance is as this is a safety risk to our children and the general public, as well as being a nuisance to our neighbours. Please be considerate.
Learning this Term.
A full curriculum delivery is planned that will span for around 5 weeks, the Easter break has been adapted to allow for maximum learning time
The term dates are Mon 8th March 2021 to Fri 9th April.
We will be having a shorter easter break for one week instead of the usual two weeks.

Homework and Flip Learning
Classroom learning will be supported by the flip learning portal which will have learning tasks to be done at home before the lesson. Weekly homework will also be available here. Please click here to access the flip learning portal: http://www.evergreenprimary.org.uk/flip-learning/
Please note: The lockdown portal will no longer be updated only the flip learning portal will be updated.
There will be no school lunches provided at the moment and therefore children will need to be bring in a healthy pack lunch every day. No fruit or sugar based yoghurts, cakes, biscuits, crisps sweets or chocolates. We encourage high fibre and protein foods such as vegetables / wholegrain foods such as brown. rice, beans pulses and wholemeal based foods.
Please ensure that your child arrives in FULL school uniform The school blazer must be worn as well as appropriate shoes (no trainers)
PE Uniform: If your child has PE they can wear their full PE uniform to school including their trainers instead of their normal school uniform. PE lessons will start from this Monday and thus we advise for children to bring in their PE kit from this week.
